The volume of production and cycles (from concentrated supply in a short period of time or a paced delivery during 24/7), along with the location's characteristics (fixed, itinerant, remote non-support available, etc.).

Operator’s knowledge & proficiency (training or Expat operator available) and desired intervention (from tunable systems to simply full-auto thus reducing operator’s intervention to a minimum).

This specification process, far more detailed than described, will lead to the components needed like:

When this process is finished, taking into consideration the interaction between components and fuel/electricity consumptions and needs, it is time to find the best fitting option – Meaning, the smallest enclosure possible maintaining full operation and maintenance capability without disassemble.

After this step it is necessary to advance to the handling requirements, not one hand, two hands or no hands and no teeth but instead how it will be transported, moved, removed and carried. It can be hoisted, forklifted, fitted with a self lifting system (integrated or adaptable) or even pushed rolled, equipped with twistlock and corner casting, again mission requirements dependent.

The finishing is then applied according to previous customer choice, from two components polyurethane paiting to 8mm thick projected cork for extreme insulation, please remember that the worse enemy of an air compressor is the heat… and the cold – neither it can be operated above 40ºc or started below 5ºc in order to assure proper lubrication – so ambient heating may be required prior to start it.

One step possible is the integration with a vehicle, where the POD Systems (mainly the solar panels or generator) can supply also energy to the truck batteries. The commands of the lightings can also be integrated, as well as the water tank and diesel pumps.

Customer is invited then to verify our load tests of the equipment and loading to its destination.
